Who We Are

At Woosa, we believe great days begin with great nights. We're a Singapore-born sleep company on a mission to help people rest better, wake fresher, and live fuller through thoughtfully designed mattresses, bed frames, pillows, and a growing world of sleep innovations. But what really sets us apart isn't just what we make. It's how we work together. We've built a culture grounded in trust, ownership, and genuine care for one another. We move fast, we stay curious, and we give our people the room to grow, take initiative, and do the best work of their careers. Wins are celebrated together, challenges are tackled as a team, and good ideas can come from anyone. We take rest seriously, and we take our people just as seriously. If you want to build something meaningful alongside a team that actually enjoys showing up for each other, come build it with us.

Job Description

Role Overview

We’re a young, growing marketing team known for brand concepts that actually get noticed. We’re looking for someone with a genuine fluency in social media — someone who understands platform behaviour, what drives engagement, and how brands can show up in ways that resonate.

You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager and marketing team to plan, create, and optimise content across our social channels. If you enjoy spotting trends before everyone else, experimenting with new formats, and creating content with impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, RedNote and Pinterest, ensuring campaigns go live smoothly and on time
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies tailored to each audience and channel
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external vendors (designers, social agencies, production partners) to manage content planning and campaign execution
  • Create in-house ad creatives including short-form videos, static graphics and formats built for social
  • Use AI tools and analytics to research social trends, identify what’s performing, and understand why it works — then translate those findings into content that’s relevant and platform-native
  • Monitor performance metrics and use insights to continuously optimise content and strategy
  • Support events, launches, and other marketing initiatives where needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social media or content creation
  • Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Curious, analytical mindset with an interest in content performance, trends, and audience behaviour
  • Genuine interest in social media, internet culture, and brand storytelling
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a can-do attitude
  • Collaborative, and responsible team player who can also work independently
