·       Conduct embroidery software training to end customer on software operation & embroidery digitizing

·       Post-training support to end customer on digitizing issues

·       Design and digitize embroidery files from artwork and produce embroidery samples to support Sales & Marketing activities

·       Test and modify embroidery files to meet quality standards

·       Trouble-shooting embroidery digitizing issues for external & internal customers

·       Collaborate with team members to ensure shared goals and targets are achieved within the deadline

Requirements

·       Knowledge of embroidery digitizing software such as Tajima DG, Pulse, Wilson or etc. would be an added advantage

·       Knowledge of vector-based software such as Abode illustrator or CorelDRAW would be an added advantage

·       Proficiency in MS Office applications

·       Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently

·       Excellent time management and prioritization skills

·       Effective communication and collaboration skills

Training will be provided
