Job Description
We’re hiring a Part Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Raffles City store team at YeoMama Batik.
This is a frontline retail role where you will represent the brand, create meaningful in-store experiences, and help customers feel confident and beautiful in what they wear.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting outfits and provide warm, friendly and attentive customer service
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and sharing product knowledge
• Handle daily store operations including cashiering and fitting room service
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Support inventory checks, stock replenishment, storeroom management and general retail duties
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients
• Friendly, confident, and enjoys interacting with people
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Prior retail experience is a bonus, but not required
• Aunties with great customer energy are welcome too
Commitment:
• Available at least 3 days a week on a regular, ongoing basis with one day on a weekend
• Shift Timing: 10am to 6pm / 2pm to 10pm
• Retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays, are required
• Able to start soon (preferred)
Location: Raffles City Shopping Centre, Singapore
Salary: $12/hour
