Job Description
As an Art Director, you’ll be involved in developing and shaping ideas across a range of projects. The role sits close to the work, with a focus on concept, execution, and collaboration with the wider team.
You’ll work across different formats and platforms, contributing to campaigns from early thinking through to final delivery.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas in response to briefs and pitches
- Translate concepts into strong visual directions and outputs
- Ensure quality and consistency across all visual elements
- Work closely with writers, strategists, and account teams
- Present and articulate ideas clearly to internal teams and clients
- Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
- Contribute to brainstorming and concept development
What We’re Looking For
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong ideas and clear thinking
- Solid foundation in art direction, design, and visual storytelling
- Experience working across digital and integrated campaigns
- Ability to handle motion and video work using Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Active use of AI in your creative process, with the ability to prompt, refine, and build on outputs in a way that supports the idea
Qualifications
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates will be considered for a Junior Art Director role.
