We’re a mid-sized independent ad agency that’s built a reputation based on solid work, happy clients and a team of talented individuals who are a tight knit bunch of madcap individuals. Mentoring, team work/culture and having a career trajectory is important to us and we are looking for the right people to join us.

We are looking for an experienced Account Director with at least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role in account servicing and new business development in an ad or marketing agency. You should have excellent communications skills, the ability to lead a team and preferably have solid experience with government sector clients. Business development and networking skills are  required in this role.
