Job Description
The job requires you to:
· Retail Sales – understanding customers’ needs & providing customer service support.Provide thoughtful customer experience, offering the best advice suited for our customers’ gifting needs from over brands we represent from Singapore and international designers;
· Replenishment – Maintaining a steady supply of stocks on the shopfloor, receiving or returning of goods from vendors/designers we work with & represent;
· Marketing – Assisting the chief designer in brainstorming designs and ideas for campaigns on social media & online stores. You will work closely with the Chief Designer/Buyer on what works & what doesn’t within the store. We value your point of view. All internal & external stakeholders are important to us.
Requirements:
· Experience will be preferred but not required
· Able to speak fluently in English. (Ability to speak Mandarin is a bonus)
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/NITEC in any field.
· Preferred Skills: Canva, marketing, basic social media management.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment & work independently
· Able to start April 2025 onwards
· For Singaporeans only. This is a 3 to 6 months part time position & preferably work 2 to 3 days per week.
