Job Description
The Gallery Art Sales Associates is a key member of the sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct art and design sales
- Support the gallery’s goal by driving sales and fostering long-term client relationships
- Utilize online social media and offline networks and platforms to connect with potential customers and build a art enthusiasts base.
- Manage day-to-day gallery operations including housekeeping.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our current exhibitions in order to best articulate relevant artistic concepts to visitors.
- Client development: develop client lists by notifying potential clients of particular works and exhibitions, according to their interests
- Ensure high levels of customer experience by always providing highly personalized and excellent customer services.
- Assist with gallery exhibitions, openings and events
- Handle customer inquiries and support customer correspondence
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels.
- Any duties as assigned by the Manager and General Manager
