We run a specialty coffee place in the heart of Little India called Main Street Commissary @ 81 Rowell Road, right below our agency offices.

We are looking for a Video Producer/Cinematographer that can support our subsidiary – UNMASTERED in creating stunning video content for the brands under our care.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Video Producer will capture, edit, and produce video and other multimedia assets in order to drive in support of the agency and our respective clients. The Video Producer will be required to have advanced skills in media capture and creative editing with a fine eye for storytelling.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for brand-led content videos, product marketing videos and other video formats
  • Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables
  • Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
  • Develop production schedules
  • Select and hire additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met
  • Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
  • Manage video library
  • Evaluate analytics

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Video includes familiarity with professional cameras, prosumer camcorders, various HD and SD formats, preproduction/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip, scriptwriting, storyboarding and photography.
  • Audio includes small format mixers, compression, EQ, effects processors, audio recording techniques for studio and field, multi-track and waveform editing.
  • Post-production entails digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms.
  • Must submit a Directors/Editors reel to be considered
  • Minimum 2 years professional directing & editing experience
  • Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative applications (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Expert level ability when using best in class cameras, audio gear & lighting techniques
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Constant development of skills and exploration of new techniques, and an ability to share skills with the team
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude & experience working with executive level clients

    EDUCATION & TRAINING

Any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described. A typical qualifying background would include relevant qualifications in telecommunication or video production.
