Our Creative Guide & Narrative Authority
As a Manager in the Strategy team, you will serve as a creative guide and bold innovator for integrated campaigns, with a focus on storytelling on social media. You will lead strategy development, share insights with the wider team, and ensure the intellectual core of our client’s stories is inspiring, culturally relevant, and ready for execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Turning Culture Fluency into Action
- Take Creative Ownership of Briefs: Own the transformation of client asks into inspirational and strategically sound creative briefs. You define the story, tone, and direction that guides the Creation teams.
- Cultural Fluency: Act as a cultural analyst for the team. You’ll anticipate market shifts and cultural trends, using these insights to build innovative, commercially potent narratives for clients.
- Strategy Development: Independently develop and present high-level strategy decks and detailed creative briefs across clients, owning the strategic core of these projects.
- Quality Control: Uphold the strategic integrity of all work. You’ll oversee analysis and reporting, ensuring final deliverables are consistent with the brand story and maximise impact.
- Team & Project Momentum
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and inspire a team of Associates and Senior Associates. You’ll provide direct, constructive feedback and cultivate a culture of curiosity and creative excellence within your strategy unit.
- Project Stewardship: Drive workstreams and lead the narrative elements of key projects. Ensure a smooth flow of strategic input to the Consulting and Creation teams.
- Pitch & Growth Contributor: Play a key role in developing pitch narratives for new business. Contribute directly to business development by identifying white spaces and developing initial strategies to secure new client partnerships.
Insights & Acumen
- Performance Interpretation: Interpret key campaign performance data to translate results into actionable creative insights and strategic recommendations.
- Industry Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of the client’s competitive landscape and industry trajectory, positioning yourself as an invaluable strategic partner.

- You are the intellectual core for your project portfolio. Your storytelling vision is the blueprint that the Consulting team uses for client success, and the Creation team transforms it into a visual reality.
- Your leadership empowers the entire team to Draw the Owl by providing the clarity and innovative direction needed for every major challenge.
Skills & Competencies
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with at least three years of agency-side experience in a Strategy development role, ready to step into a leadership role and prepared to own the narrative for major client portfolios.
- Creative Strategy: Exceptional ability to think strategically, connect the dots, stay on the pulse of the latest trends and translate complex ideas into a clear and compelling story and actionable creative briefs.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability or desire to lead, motivate effectively, and mentor team members, cultivating a positive culture of curiosity and excellence.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for presenting compelling strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Interpretation: Strong ability to interpret campaign data and use it to drive creative and strategic recommendations.
