Job Description

1. Content Production Management:

  • Oversee the entire content production pipeline, from initial briefing and concept approval to final delivery and archiving.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for various content projects, particularly video and multimedia assets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Art Directors, Senior Graphic Designers, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Video Editors, Content Executives) and external vendors (e.g., specialized videographers, photographers, voice-over artists) to ensure seamless production.

2. Video & Multimedia Content Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the production of video content, including planning, scripting (in collaboration with Copywriters), shooting (for local mobile shoots in Singapore), and post-production.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for video projects, ensuring creative vision is maintained throughout the production process.
  • Oversee the quality and technical specifications of all video and multimedia deliverables.

3. Creative & Strategic Alignment:

  • Work closely with the Art Director and Social Media Marketing Team Lead to ensure all content produced aligns with the approved social media roadmap, creative concepts, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Provide practical input during creative ideation sessions, advising on feasibility, production timelines, and resource requirements for proposed ideas.
  • Ensure all content effectively communicates the client’s brand message and resonates with target audiences across different markets.

4. Quality Control & Optimization:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of all content assets to ensure they meet creative briefs, brand guidelines, and technical specifications for each platform.
  • Work with Social Media Analysts and the Social Media Executive to understand performance data and apply learnings to optimize future content production.
  • Ensure content is optimized for various digital channels, including file sizes, aspect ratios, and platform-specific features.

5. Resource & Asset Management:

  • Manage and organize all content assets, ensuring they are properly tagged, stored, and easily accessible for future use.
  • Identify and manage necessary equipment, software, and tools for content production.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of production costs and efficiency best practices.
