E-Commerce & Operations Executive

Our designs were borne out of the need to embrace all forms of sophisticated silhouettes. We pride ourselves in crafting timeless, wearable pieces that both fit and flatter all bodies.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team full-time. This role is essential to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, from online orders to in-person showroom experiences.

Responsibilities

– Pick, pack, and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time
– Manage and track inventory across warehouse, showroom, and online store
– Provide customer support via email, WhatsApp, and social platforms
– Update and manage website backend (Shopify) including product listings, stock levels, and promotions
– Handle POS system and assist customers at the showroom
– Support operational logistics for events, launches, and collaborations

Requirements

– Prior experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or logistics preferred
– Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
– Good with e-commerce relevant skills (Shopify/other e-commerce platforms, POS systems, basic Excel/Google Sheets)
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal
– Reliable, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
