Job Description
This is not a “Marketing Manager” job.
We’re not looking for a manager. We’re looking for an owner.
We’re not hiring someone to manage processes, sit in meetings, or delegate. We’re hiring a creative and strategic driver to build, launch, and scale campaigns that get attention and drive sales.
We are a Singapore-based creative company building [briefly describe your company, e.g., “a universe of immersive dining experiences” or “a collection of unique F&B brands”]. We’re expanding in KL, and you will be the engine for our growth.
You’ll work directly with the SG founding team to take our vision and make it a reality in Malaysia.
What You’ll Own (And What You Won’t Do)
- You will not be managing a big team. You will not be babysitting. You will not be stuck in corporate bureaucracy.
- You will own the entire marketing funnel for KL:
- Campaigns: You’ll dream up and execute campaigns that “steal” people’s interest. You live for the idea, the launch, and the results.
- Conversions: You’ll be obsessed with our sales funnel. You’ll find out why people drop off and fix it. You live and breathe conversion rates.
- Content: You’ll create (or direct) content that drives traffic—not just “likes.” You understand the difference between vanity and revenue.
- The Numbers: You’ll know our metrics cold. You’ll report on what’s working, what’s not, and what we’re doing next.
- The Strategy: You’ll be our “boots-on-the-ground” strategist. You’ll take the SG vision, adapt it for the KL market, and add your own brilliant ideas.

- You’re creative but ruthless. You have wild ideas, but you also know how to kill a bad one and double down on a winner.
- You’re data-obsessed. You love the art of marketing, but you know the science is what pays the bills.
- You’re “terminally online.” You know the platforms, the trends, the memes, and the culture better than anyone.
- You’re a clear communicator. You can write copy that sells, you can give feedback, and you can tell the SG team exactly what you need.
Full Ownership: This is your show to run in KL.
No Red Tape: You report directly to the SG leadership. No middle management.
A Seat at the Table: Your ideas will be heard, debated, and implemented.
