Who We Are

Overkill is a video production company behind Overkill SG, a multi-content lifestyle YouTube channel featuring food, travel, home, and personality-driven videos. We produce high-quality, story-first content and work with a wide range of brands and creators. We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Video Producer to join our in-house team, focusing specifically on home renovation and interior design content.


What You Will Do

You will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing all social media content across Overkill’s managed YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.


Content Production & Publishing

You will assist with the creation and release of content across all platforms, ensuring high-quality production, timely uploads, and consistent visual storytelling that supports both pillar content and talent-driven pieces:

  • Attend shoots regularly to capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos and videos.
  • Edit and curate short-form content for IG, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Upload scheduled content punctually across all platforms, ensuring accurate captions and descriptions.
  • Support producers and talent in creating supplementary content (e.g., house tours, pre-release teasers, post-release promos).
  • Assist with personal-brand content for key personalities when required.

Community & Audience Development

You will help build and strengthen the Overkill community across multiple platforms:

  • Manage YouTube Membership perks, updates, and exclusive content.
  • Drive engagement in Telegram channels (polls, quick updates, conversations).
  • Support future community platforms (e.g., Discord).
  • Create initiatives and content that deepen audience belonging.
  • Encourage audience participation that carries across all platforms.

Channel, Pillar & Brand Management

You will assist with the growth and consistency of each content pillar and brand channel, ensuring that every pillar remains active, engaging, and aligned with Overkill’s overarching identity and audience objectives:

Food Content Pillar

  • Capture BTS at shoots
  • Curate weekly short-form content
  • Publish episodes on schedule
  • Run engagement touchpoints (polls, questions)
  • Coordinate with producers

Lifestyle Content Pillar

  • Create trendy, relatable, shareable Reels
  • Focus on KPIs: engagement, views, comments, shares, follows
  • Freedom to test and experiment

Talkshow Content Pillar

  • Drive community interaction (challenges, quizzes, prompts)
  • Convert long-form episodes into short-form traffic drivers
  • Ensure timely uploads with complete metadata

Travel Content Pillar

  • Occasionally travel to support social coverage
  • Learn and assist in the travel-content workflow
