Who We Are
Job Description
Junior Events Executive
You are naturally curious and always observing how things can look better and work better. You notice details that others miss. You enjoy understanding how ideas come together and you ask questions that help the team refine decisions. You have an eye for aesthetics, and you use it in a grounded way that sharpens presentations, improves layouts, and elevates on-site experiences.
You like being part of the process from the first brief to execution day. You learn by doing, by watching, by trying, and by refining. You take ownership of your tasks and look for smarter ways to organise information, track progress, and support the team. You are always scanning for new venues, new vendors, new trends, and new ideas that can push our work forward. If you enjoy the pace of events and the rhythm of production, you will fit well here.
Team Support
You help the team stay aligned. You prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items clearly. You keep calendars updated and make sure deadlines sit in the right place. You give timely reminders so the team moves smoothly.
Event Support
You support the planning and execution of events, activations, and campaigns. You handle logistics, documents, and project files. You learn how to run on-site operations and keep things moving during show days. You maintain proposal decks, budgets, vendors and project logistics with accuracy.
Vendor and Client Management
You help manage relationships with vendors and clients. You update contact lists and track vendor capabilities. You source vendors with curiosity, learn what they do, compare options, and understand how each partner fits into a project. You communicate clearly and follow through.
