Video Editor/Crew (Full-time)

Responsibilities

• Be involved in the full video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Track, organize, and maintain production equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements when necessary.
• Independently edit videos across multiple formats (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Create and implement post-production elements such as motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts and enhance storytelling in line with media trends and audience preferences.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and workflows to improve production quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and studio or field audio equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve and/or other professional editing tools.
• Background in motion graphics, color grading, or audio mixing.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of composition and visual aesthetics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a videographer and editor.
• A portfolio demonstrating a wide range of video projects.
