Job Description
Role: Creative Lead (Brand Visuals + Product / Merchandise Design)
Role type: Full-time
Location: CT Hub, Kallang, Singapore
Reports to: Creative Director
Experience: Minimally 2 years
The mission
- You’ll be the visual heartbeat of Pass It On Studio / GREEN-HOUSE—creating strong, scroll-stopping design that still feels premium, warm, and purposeful.
- This is not “just make it pretty.” It’s design that sells, educates, and builds culture—from campaign key visuals to merchandise and product concepts people actually want to own.
What you’ll create
Brand & campaign visuals
- Key visuals for festival campaigns, partner announcements, workshops, signage, and on-site visual system
- Social content (IG posts/stories/reels covers), look & feel toolkits, templates, and brand consistency checks
- Website and e-newsletter design and copywriting
- Simple motion/animated assets (bonus if you can, not mandatory)
Merchandise & product design
- Concept and design for merch drops (apparel, accessories, sustainable lifestyle items), packaging, and collaterals
- Work with vendors on production specs (dimensions, materials, print methods, dielines)
- Prototype mindset: mock-ups, iterations, and “how will this look IRL?”
Creative direction & collaboration
- Translate founder/partner briefs into cohesive creative
- Coordinate shoots and content days (with photographers/videographers) and prep shot lists/moodboards
- Keep assets organised (naming conventions, folders, versions—save us from “final_final_v27”)
You’ll thrive here if you are…
- Tasteful but practical: you know what looks good and what can be produced.
- Concept-driven: you can turn a theme into a visual system, not just a one-off poster.
- Comfortable with feedback: fast iterations, no ego, strong opinions loosely held.
- Into lifestyle: fashion/retail/brands excite you; you get consumers and culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years in graphic design / brand design / creative roles (agency or in-house)
- Proven Creativity Skills and experience in ideation and developing original, impactful concepts
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for storytelling and conveying creative ideas effectively
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent
- Proficiency in website building platforms (Shopify, Readymag, Squarespace etc.)
- Portfolio showing brand systems + campaign work (and ideally any product/packaging/merch)
- Bonus: fashion/lifestyle brand experience; illustration; motion design; 3D/mockups; basic video editing
What success looks like (first 6 months)
- You’ve refreshed and tightened the visual system for GREEN-HOUSE and made it easy for the team to execute
- You can lead campaign KV → rollout assets confidently and on time
- You’ve launched at least 1–2 merch/product concepts from idea to production-ready files
