Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Design Intern to support our product and engineering team in designing user-centric digital solutions.

You will gain hands-on experience working on real-world web and mobile applications, contributing to UI/UX design, product flows, usability testing, and system improvements for SME-focused software and AI solutions.

This is a hands-on internship where you will be involved in both design execution and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for live projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist in designning UI/UX for web apps, mobile apps, and internal systems

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
  • Contribute to component libraries and design systems
  • Support usability improvements and user journey optimization
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Participate in product brainstorming and feature planning sessions
  • Conduct competitor research and design benchmarking

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Involvement

  • Support UAT preparation by reviewing features against approved designs
  • Test implemented features to ensure UI accuracy and usability
  • Identify UI inconsistencies, usability gaps, and design deviations
  • Document UAT findings clearly and coordinate fixes with developers
  • Verify fixes before final deployment

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Design, Interaction Design, UX, or related field
  • Basic proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
  • Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and user-centered design principles
  • Strong attention to detail (especially for UAT verification)
  • Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • A portfolio (academic or personal projects) is required

Bonus (Good to Have)

  • Experience designing mobile apps
  • Basic understanding of frontend development concepts
  • Interest in AI products, SaaS platforms, or ERP systems
  • Experience conducting usability testing
