Job Description

About the role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Production Intern to join our Production Team.

You will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the production process, including pre-production planning, on-set support, and post-production coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate, meticulous, and eager to contribute to producing engaging, high-quality visual content.

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 24-weeks (6 months) internship.

What you will do:
Pre-Production Support

  • Organize and prepare materials for shoots
  • Coordinate schedules and maintain communication with team members and vendors.
  • Assist in location scouting and obtaining necessary permits.

On-Set Assistance

  • Provide on-site support to ensure smooth operations during shoots.
  • Set up, break down, and perform basic maintenance of production equipment.
  • Assist with props, wardrobe, and other production needs.

Post-Production Coordination

  • Organize and manage media files and production documents.
  • Collaborate with editors and other post-production staff.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.

General Administrative Duties

  • Maintain production logs, budgets, and schedules.
  • Track and manage inventory of production equipment and supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the production manager or team.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Possess or currently studying for a Diploma/Degree in Communications/Media/Film Studies or equivalent.
  • Strong passion for film, video, or media production.
  • Basic proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of Production Equipment and Software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Cameras) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player
  • Able to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 24-weeks (6 months) internship.
