Job Description

  • Develop and execute social media branding campaigns and reputation management strategies for our clients
  • Create, curate, and manage content for web and social media platforms to effectively engage audiences and communicate the organisation’s value propositions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various digital platforms, tracking customer responses and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and integrate emerging social media trends, technologies, and engagement strategies to maximise audience reach and impact.
  • Establish marketing mix frameworks, including promotional strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement touchpoints.
  • Build and execute digital advertising and media strategies to ensure targeted reach and brand positioning.
  • Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, analyse key performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships to meet organisational objectives.
  • Manage social media budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to align with business goals.
