The Role
Are you a multi-hyphenate creator who lives and breathes digital content? We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. Working closely with the marketing department, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the visual identity of Wheeler’s Estate.

If you have a sharp eye for design, love capturing the perfect moment on camera, and know how to edit high-energy, trend-driven content, we want you on our squad.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

1. Design & Visual Production

  • Assist in conceptualizing and crafting high-quality graphics for social media, digital ads, and website banners.
  • Design, update, and format physical and digital F&B menus, promotional table standees, and event posters.
  • Handle the design and layout of physical venue signages, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

 

 

2. Content Creation (Photography & Videography)

  • Be our “eyes on the ground,” conducting regular photography and videography sessions to capture our vibrant F&B offerings, venue ambiance, and live band performances.
  • Edit and produce high-energy, engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that aligns with current social media trends.
  • Build and manage an organized library of digital assets (photos, videos, graphics) for the marketing team’s use.

 

3. Social Media & Community Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Assist in writing engaging captions, scheduling posts, and ensuring our digital presence remains sharp and active.
  • Monitor audience engagement, reply to basic inquiries via DMs/comments, and foster a strong online community.

4. Operations & Hands-On Execution

  • Take a hands-on approach to marketing operations, including in-house printing, trimming, and mounting of promotional materials.
  • Assist the team with physical venue setups for special marketing campaigns, live events, or seasonal festive decorations.
    Requirements
    – Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud—specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. (Knowledge of Lightroom or After Effects is a bonus).
    – Content Savvy: A strong understanding of social media algorithms, current audio/video trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels, and basic social media copywriting.
    – Industry Flexibility: Willingness to commit to flexible F&B working hours. This role requires occasional evening and weekend work to capture peak-hour vibes, live bands, and special events.
    – Proactive & Hands-On: A strong team player with a “no task is too small” attitude. You are just as comfortable trimming printed menus as you are editing a video.
    – Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, or graphic design (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
