Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Scheduling of by-invite rides with VIPs
  • Coordinate by-invite rides and create photo opportunities
  • Scope and coordinate work with agencies to develop in-car collaterals  (e.g. videos, messaging, copy vetting if any)
  • Plan social media and on ground publicity for public rides
  • Prepare standard materials, including but not limited to, briefing decks, safety talking points, FAQ sheets
  • Lead pre-ride briefing (to internal staff / volunteers) delivery using prepared script / materials
  • Liaise directly with: AV Ops team, communications team, material suppliers (when needed)

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management, or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination (fresh grads with strong portfolios welcome)
  • Able to plan and coordinate VIP and public ride activities, including scheduling, photo opportunities, and on‑ground logistics
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with confidence in photo/video capture and basic editing using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
  • Excellent writing ability for captions, campaign copy, briefings, FAQs, and safety materials
  • Creative thinker with a knack for social‑first and digital‑first ideas to support publicity efforts
  • Experience working with agencies on collaterals such as in‑car videos, messaging, and event materials
  • Confident in conducting pre‑ride briefings for staff and volunteers
  • Effective communicator who can work closely with AV Operations, Communications teams, and external suppliers
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and passionate about mobility, innovation, and delivering meaningful public experiences
