Job Description
We are seeking a freelance designer to design our 2025 annual report. This person should be proficient in using Adobe InDesign for editorial layout, having created designs for reports, magazines, books, and/or catalogues. This involves packaging information-heavy content in a visually interesting manner without distracting from it, providing a reading experience that is clean and digestible.
Scope of work
- Project: Graphic Design of Annual Report
- Graphic design and editorial layout
- Includes design of cover, data visualisation and diagrams
- Text content and photos to be provided by client
- Number of pages: Up to 32 (including covers)
- Format: Digital
- Dimensions: A4 (primarily digital, but to be print-ready)
- Output: PDF (No preference for software, but working files to be provided to client)
- Three rounds of revisions
Candidate requirements
- Able to work independently and remotely
- Communication will primarily be via email. Whatsapp for urgent communication, and Teams call for verbal communication and/or screen sharing.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign
- Should have experience and past works in editorial and infographic design
