Job Description
We’re looking for an Operations Assistant to support fulfilment, inventory, retail, and backend operations.
This role is essential in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while also supporting customer experience during showroom sessions, pop-ups, and events. You’ll work closely with the team to keep things organised, accurate, and on track.
Roles & responsbilities:
Fulfilment & Orders
– Pack and process daily orders accurately
– Coordinate shipments and deliveries
– Ensure timely dispatch of orders
Inventory Management
– Track stock levels and update inventory systems
– Assist with stock counts and organisation
– Ensure product availability is accurate online
Retail & Customer Experience
– Assist customers during showroom appointments and pop-ups
– Support styling guidance and product recommendations
– Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
– Handle basic retail transactions when required
Returns & Customer Support
– Process returns and exchanges
– Assist with basic customer service (email, chat)
– Ensure smooth handling of customer requests
Event & Logistics Support
– Prepare and pack items for events and pop-ups
– Assist with setup and coordination when required

– Organised and detail-oriented
– Reliable and responsible
– Comfortable interacting with customers
– Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
– Comfortable handling physical tasks (packing, moving stock)
– Positive attitude and willing to learn
Nice to Have
– Experience in retail or customer-facing roles
– Experience in e-commerce or operations
– Familiarity with Shopify or POS systems
Working Arrangement
Part-time: 2–4 days per week, flexible hours
Full-time: 5 days per week
