Swapaholic is building a more circular and community-driven approach to fashion through swapping, resale, and conscious consumption.

We’re looking for a Retail & Community Lead who enjoys people, fashion, and creating meaningful in-store experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s excited to be part of a growing sustainability-focused brand and community.

What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day store operations and customer experience
Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and organisation
Assist customers, brand partners and the team
Support community activations and in-store events
Help create a warm, welcoming, and community-driven retail environment

You’d Be a Great Fit If You
Have experience in retail, hospitality, fashion, or customer-facing roles
Are organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
Enjoy engaging with people and building community
Have an interest in sustainability, resale, or circular fashion

Role Details
5 days/week
Typically 8-hour shifts with some weekend coverage required
Based in Singapore
Salary range: SGD 1,800–2,200 (negotiable based on experience)
