UNIFORM is a content and creative studio working across the fields of digital/social media and physical experiences. We not only come up with compelling brand and content strategies for our clients, but with an in-house production team, we create the content that drives each strategy.

Job Description

As a Creative working with videography or photography, you play a crucial role in creating the content that brings our strategies and stories to life. You are tasked with understanding the project’s objectives, underlying needs, and requirements, while balancing them with a compelling creative concept. You should have the sufficient technical skills to execute your vision, and/or remain teachable and hungry to pick up the skills you lack.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Photography, videography and digital imaging
  • Support in content creation and marketingAssist in research and conceptualisation of projects and visual direction, including production of presentation materials
  • Photo/video shoot production and assistance

 

Requirements:

  • Attained a tertiary education in photography, filmmaking, visual arts, marketing or similar creative fields
  • Keen interest in photography/video production, styling, art direction, and branding
  • Excellent with Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Proficient in iWork (Keynote, Numbers, Pages)
  • Energetic and outdoor-friendly (as our video and photography productions can be labour-intensive)
  • A good appreciation and understanding of all things visual
  • Well-mannered with excellent communication skills
  • A good team player but also great at working independently
  • Driven, passionate and committed when it comes to personal learning and growth
  • Friendly with fluffy furballs; Corgi included
  • (Preferably) 1–3 years of similar experience in a creative/advertising/marketing agency or production houses
  • (Preferably) Able to start work immediately, or within 1 month

 

*Fresh graduates will be required to undergo an initial internship period prior to being offered a full-time position.
