Job Description

At ASSEMBLE & ACCENT, we believe tailoring is built on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and meaningful relationships with our clients. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with their hands, appreciates quality craftsmanship, and is keen to develop a long-term career in bespoke tailoring.

No prior tailoring experience is required. We value attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients during fittings and consultations.
• Learn garment construction, alterations, and finishing techniques.
• Assist with measurements, quality checks, and fitting preparations.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the atelier.
• Coordinate client appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain garments, fabrics, and tailoring tools in an organized manner.
• Work closely with our tailoring team throughout the bespoke process.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Able to work independently as well as within a close-knit team.
• Passion for tailoring, craftsmanship, fashion, or design is advantageous.
