Job Description
As our Social Media Designer, you will take ownership of conceiving and delivering high-impact creative solutions across digital, brand, and product platforms. You will design marketing assets for social media, campaigns, packaging, and web, ensuring all outputs are visually compelling and on-brand.
In addition to design, you will support content creation for social media, helping bring ideas to life through both static and short-form visual formats. Working closely with the creative team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will contribute to campaign concepts while maintaining strong visual consistency across all outputs.
What You’ll Do:
Design & Creation
-Conceive, design, and produce a wide range of graphic collaterals for diverse applications, including:
-Digital Marketing: EDMs, Instagram stories, web banners, social media graphics (posts, ads, carousels), and other digital assets
-Brand & Product: Key visuals for campaigns, product packaging, and email creatives
-Develop creative solutions with strong visual impact, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
-Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various platforms and formats
Content Creation Support
-Create and adapt content for social media, including static and short-form video content (e.g. reels, stories, posts)
-Assist in basic video filming & editing and preparation of assets for social platforms
Support content execution by formatting and organizing creative assets for publishing
Collaboration & Concept Development
-Work closely with the creative team and Art Director to develop creative ideas and concepts for campaigns and marketing initiatives
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and branding, to integrate design elements into projects
-Contribute to brainstorming sessions and refine concepts based on feedback
Brand Consistency & Trends
-Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels and materials
-Stay up-to-date with design and social media trends, particularly within e-commerce, fashion, and jewelry
-Apply trend awareness to enhance both visual design and content relevance
Who You Are:
-Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, or social media work
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
-Strong skills in layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
-Understanding of digital marketing design principles, particularly for social media and email
-Basic video filming and editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
-Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and eye for aesthetics
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
-Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
-Exposure to social media content creation
-Familiarity with content formats across Instagram and TikTok
