About Brixx Derma

Brixx Derma is a fast-growing Singapore beauty-tech and skincare brand specialising in clinically-inspired beauty devices and professional-grade skincare. We are building one of Singapore’s leading beauty brands across TikTok Shop, Shopify, social media, and the professional aesthetics market.

As we continue expanding into aesthetic clinics, wellness centres, medical spas, and retail consumers, we’re looking for a highly creative and commercially-minded Social Media Content & Marketing Freelancer to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that great content isn’t just beautiful—it drives sales, builds trust, and converts viewers into customers.

About the Role

You will report directly to the Founder and work closely with our Marketing Strategy team to execute content that grows both our consumer and professional audiences.

Beyond creating content, you’ll constantly research trends, analyse what performs, and develop fresh ideas that help Brixx Derma stay ahead of competitors.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Telegram
  • Manage daily Instagram Stories and community engagement
  • Grow and nurture our Telegram community
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms
  • Ensure all campaigns and content are delivered on time

Content Creation

  • Film, edit and produce engaging short-form videos
  • Create educational, entertaining and high-converting content
  • Produce content for both: B2C customers
  • B2B audiences including aesthetic clinics, doctors, medical spas and wellness centres
  • Develop content that builds credibility, trust and brand authority
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms

Marketing & Research

  • Research high-performing content using AI and analytics tools
  • Study competitor strategies and identify content opportunities
  • Use tools such as:
    • Claude
    • ChatGPT
    • Meta Ads Library
    • Kalodata
    • TikTok Creative Centre
    • Other AI and marketing research tools
  • Analyse why certain videos convert and continuously optimise future content
  • Stay updated on TikTok, Instagram and social media trends

Conversion-Focused Marketing

  • Create content designed to maximise engagement, enquiries and instant purchases
  • Work closely with the marketing strategy team to improve campaign performance
  • Develop strong hooks, CTAs and storytelling that increase watch time and conversions
  • Brainstorm creative campaign concepts for product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns

Community Management

  • Respond promptly to social media enquiries and comments
  • Engage with our online community professionally and consistently
  • Identify opportunities to convert enquiries into customers

Bonus (Highly Preferred)

  • Comfortable appearing on camera
  • Willing to host TikTok livestreams or participate in live selling sessions
  • Experience working with beauty, skincare, aesthetics or wellness brands
  • Basic photography and videography skills
  • Experience creating UGC-style content
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop or e-commerce marketing
