We’re MONOLOQ, a premium, sophisticated womenswear brand with stores across Singapore and Malaysia.
Role Description
We design for real women, real wardrobes, and a tropical climate that demands both beauty and practicality. We’re looking for a designer who gets that. Someone who feels fashion as much as they think it.
Key Responsibilities
• Designing cohesive womenswear collections from concept to retail — yes, the whole journey
• Building tech packs (specs, measurements, BOMs) that factories can actually work with
• Researching trends, colour directions, and market shifts to keep our design language sharp and current
• Collaborating with our production team in China on fit, development, and execution
• Managing your own timeline from first sketch to final prototype — deadlines are real here, and we respect people who respect them
• Contributing to campaign styling, lookbooks, and visual storytelling
• Using AI tools like Midjourney or ChatGPT as part of your creative process (not a must, but a big plus)
What we’re looking for
Solid in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Comfortable with garment construction. Pattern drafting or draping? Even better. You communicate clearly, take feedback well, and bring ideas to the table without waiting to be asked. 2–3 years in fashion or a creative field, with a portfolio that shows taste, range, and some genuine point of view.
A design diploma or degree helps. But honestly? A strong eye and the hunger to grow will take you just as far.
