Job Description
Hotel Front Desk 酒店前台
Location: Bugis (Nearest MRT)
Salary: Up to $2200
Shift Work –
7am to 3pm / 3pm to 11pm / 11pm to 7am
6 Working Days
Computer knowledge, reply email and guest enquiries online.
Job Responsibilities
✔️ Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservations, and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
✔️ Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash transactions securely.
✔️ Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and cafe departments to ensure guest needs are met. Team coordination is important.
