Job Description
Freelance Community Manager
About Us
A Space Between is a premium copractice space dedicated exclusively to mental health professionals and their clients. We provide a safe, healing-centred, and aesthetically designed sanctuary where therapists can conduct their practices in a calm and welcoming environment.
The Role
Looking for work that fits around your life?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys caring for beautiful spaces and making people feel welcome. If you’re dependable, proactive and appreciate calm environments, we’d love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming therapists and clients.
- Preparing therapy rooms between appointments.
- Keeping the shared spaces clean, organised and well stocked.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the space.
- Occasionally assisting with community events and social media content.
Pay & Schedule
$10/hour | Flexible, ad hoc scheduling | No minimum shifts
One of the biggest benefits of this role is its flexibility. We operate on a completely flexible, ad hoc scheduling system, so there is no fixed minimum number of shifts. Simply claim the dates that fit around your studies, family commitments, freelance work, or personal schedule.
Shift hours: Generally between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, although shift timings and durations are flexible and arranged based on operational needs and your availability.
Primarily Mondays to Saturdays, with occasional Sundays for deep cleaning.
Claim shifts through a shared calendar whenever you’re available.
Work as often or as little as suits your schedule.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, clinical administration, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
- Have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy maintaining beautiful physical spaces.
- Are warm, empathetic, and able to make people feel welcome.
- Are proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Learn quickly and take initiative without requiring close supervision.
- Have basic Canva and social media skills, with an interest in creating content.
Inclusive Hiring
Because of the flexible nature of this role, we warmly encourage applications from single mothers, caregivers, part-time students, minorities, and individuals from marginalised or underserved communities. If you’re looking for a supportive workplace that can fit around your life, we’d love to hear from you.
How to Apply
Please send your CV and a brief introduction telling us why you’d be a great fit to joy@aspacebetween.com.sg.
A short video introducing yourself is optional, but we’d love to meet you that way too.
