👨💼 What You’ll Do
As a Service Crew, you will:
⭐ Welcome and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude
⭐ Handle walk-in, phone and WhatsApp reservations
⭐ Recommend room packages, promotions, food & beverage items
⭐ Operate the POS system and perform cashiering duties
⭐ Serve food and beverages efficiently
⭐ Ensure customer rooms and outlet facilities are clean and well-maintained
⭐ Deliver excellent customer service throughout every guest’s visit
⭐ Work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations

✅ We’re Looking For
✔ Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
✔ Friendly, energetic and enjoys interacting with people
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Able to work independently as well as in a team
✔ Willing to work weekends and public holidays
✔ Experience in F&B, Hospitality or Customer Service is an advantage
🎓 No experience? No problem!
Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.

⏰ Working Hours
2 Rotating Shifts
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
📅 5 Rest Days Every Month
Working schedule will be arranged according to operational requirements.
