Job Description
The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting jewellery sales, achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining product displays and assisting with daily store operations. The role requires a customer-focused, energetic and target-oriented individual with a passion for jewellery and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Sales
Greet and welcome customers professionally and understand their jewellery requirements.
Introduce customers to suitable gold, diamond and other jewellery products.
Explain product features, pricing, making charges, stone charges, offers and applicable schemes.
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions through effective product presentation and suggestive selling.
Prepare estimates and assist in completing sales transactions accurately.
Achieve individual and section-wise sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Store/Sales Manager when required.
2. Product & Jewellery Knowledge
Develop good knowledge of gold, diamond and other jewellery products.
Understand product specifications, designs, weight, pricing and relevant company policies.
Keep updated on promotions, schemes and new product launches.
3. Stock Management & Store Operations
Maintain accurate opening and closing stock records for the assigned section.
Check stock availability and inform the Sales Manager about products requiring replenishment.
