Job Description

PART-TIME BEAUTY LIVESTREAM HOST — 10–12% UNCAPPED COMMISSION

Brixx Derma is looking for an energetic, confident and sales-driven Part-Time Livestream Host to join our team.

If you love beauty, enjoy being on camera and know how to turn conversations into sales, we’d love to meet you.

THE ROLE

You’ll be hosting Brixx Derma livestreams primarily on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live, showcasing our beauty-tech devices and skincare products while engaging viewers and driving sales.

WORKING COMMITMENT

  • Minimum 48 livestream hours per month
  • Minimum 3 days per week
  • Minimum 3 hours per livestream session
  • Primarily evening/late-night sessions starting from 8PM or 9PM onwards
  • Schedule will be planned in advance with the team

COMPENSATION

First Month (Probation): $500 fixed monthly base

After Probation: $600 fixed monthly base

PLUS UNCAPPED SALES COMMISSION

  • 10% commission on verified attributable livestream sales
  • 12% commission on the portion of monthly sales above $10,000
  • No commission cap — the more you sell, the more you earn

Commission is calculated based on verified completed sales, excluding cancellations, refunds and returns.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Host engaging and sales-focused livestream sessions
  • Demonstrate Brixx Derma beauty devices and skincare products
  • Explain product benefits and usage clearly
  • Engage with viewers and answer questions in real time
  • Introduce promotions, bundles and livestream-exclusive deals
  • Recommend and upsell suitable products
  • Work towards individual livestream sales targets
  • Work with our team on launches, campaigns and livestream concepts

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Confident, expressive and natural on camera
  • Strong communication and selling skills
  • Comfortable speaking continuously and engaging an audience
  • Sales-driven and motivated by commission
  • Interest in beauty, skincare and beauty technology
  • Reliable and able to commit consistently to evening livestreams
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Previous livestream, beauty, retail or sales experience is preferred
  • TikTok Shop/Shopee Live experience is a bonus
