Who We Are
Richard Koh Fine Art (RKFA) is a contemporary art gallery representing artists from Southeast Asia
and beyond, with spaces in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok. The gallery maintains an active
exhibition programme across all three locations and participates in international art fairs throughout
the year.
Job Description
The Gallery Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Singapore gallery and
supports the delivery of its exhibition and art fair programme across the region. The role combines
written and editorial work with shipping and logistics coordination, premises and facilities
management, and finance and general administration. It suits someone who enjoys variety, works
well under deadline pressure and is equally comfortable drafting a press release and chasing a contractor.
This is a hands-on position with direct exposure to artists, collectors, institutional partners and the
wider Southeast Asian art ecosystem. The role may involves occasional regional travel for art fairs
and weekend work around exhibition openings and fair dates.
