Marsh & Mellow is a Singapore based small business creating playful 3D printed collectibles, fidgets and gifts. We love bringing fun, nostalgic and quirky creations to life, and sharing them with fellow collectors and toy enthusiasts at pop ups, markets and events.
We’re looking for a friendly, responsible and enthusiastic Part Time / Freelance Retail Assistant to join us at our event booths!
Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and share the story behind our products.
- Help customers explore our range of 3D printed collectibles, fidgets and gifts.
- Handle sales transactions and payments accurately.
- Keep the booth tidy, organised and visually appealing.
- Assist with setting up and packing down the booth before and after events.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish products when needed.
- Create a fun and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
For those who are confident working independently, there may also be opportunities to manage the booth on your own and earn additional sales commission.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Responsible, punctual and reliable.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable handling payments and basic sales transactions.
- Interested in toys, collectibles, fidgets, crafts or pop culture.
- Willing to stand for extended periods and assist with booth setup and packing.
- Retail or event experience is a plus, but not essential. We’re happy to consider enthusiastic beginners!
Job Details
- Employment type: Part time / Freelance, event based
- Location: Various event venues across Singapore
- Pay: SGD $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities
- Additional compensation: Sales commission available for independently managed booths
- Schedule: Event dates and working hours will be shared in advance, with opportunities to take on individual shifts based on availability.
