Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design performance-driven creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, and websites — including static graphics and motion formats
Edit high-retention short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube Shorts) that drive views, engagement, and conversions
Build brand visual identities — from logos to full identity kits for businesses across Asia
Collaborate with marketers and content creators to ship campaigns from idea to execution
Support print needs like brochures, event banners, and posters
Provide design mentorship and guidance when needed within the team
