We’re building a next-gen team of strategists, creatives, and content wizards to transform how brands grow in Singapore.

From F&B to Automotive to Beauty, we partner with some of the most recognisable brands across the island.

Now, we’re looking for a Content Creator to join our growing team and help shape the future of creative marketing at 1103.

We don’t do “just post for likes.”

We shoot to sell — and you’ll be part of the action.

From TikTok to Reels to YouTube Shorts, we’re hunting for a video-savvy content creator to plan, shoot, edit, and post scroll-stopping content that drives actual results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Plan, script (including for Mandarin-speaking audiences), storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more
Create videos that aren’t just “nice to have” — but are core to ad campaigns and conversions
Collaborate with marketers, clients, and talents/influencers to amplify reach and impact
Work closely with influencers, business owners, and internal teams to create real stories, not stock footage
Experiment, test, and refine what works — we move fast, learn faster
Bring bold, creative energy to every shoot, from ideation to publishing

Who You Are:

2–3 years of content creation experience (freelance, agency or in-house welcome)
Skilled in planning, scripting (Mandarin included), and producing short-form videos
You’ve made TikToks, Reels, or Shorts that actually performed — not just posted for fun
Confident with mobile & mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio setups
Can edit in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar — and know how to keep pacing sharp
Bonus: You’ve worked with brands, been client-facing, or led your own shoots
