We’d love to meet you!
We’re looking for a creative individual to help us bring Apartment’s personality to life through engaging visuals, meaningful storytelling and fresh content ideas.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who’s both a creative thinker and a hands-on creator.
We don’t just want someone who can edit a video or put together a pretty post.
We want someone who gets excited about brainstorming ideas, experimenting with different creative approaches and figuring out how to make content more interesting.
You’ll work closely with our founder to shape ideas, develop content concepts and turn them into engaging posts, Reels and visuals.
We’ll provide the design stories, project materials and brand direction.
You bring your creativity, initiative and the skills to make it happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Creative Side
Brainstorm fresh content ideas and storytelling angles.
Suggest creative ways to showcase our projects, design processes and behind-the-scenes moments.
Explore interesting formats, visual trends and creative approaches.
Help plan content themes and suggest what we should post.
Develop engaging hooks, captions and content concepts.
The Hands-On Side
Create Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
Edit and enhance interior photographs while maintaining accurate colours and material finishes.
Design creative carousels, graphics and social media visuals.
Work with typography, transitions, music and visual effects.
Turn supplied footage, photographs and ideas into polished content.
Prepare content for publishing in the appropriate formats.
Manage agreed deliverables, timelines and revisions.
You Might Be Our Kind of Creative If…
You have a strong eye for aesthetics, composition and detail.
You’re always noticing interesting visuals, editing styles or creative ideas.
You enjoy storytelling through photographs, videos and design.
You’re familiar with Instagram, Reels and social media trends.
You can think creatively and execute your ideas.
You’re comfortable sharing opinions, suggesting improvements and collaborating.
You’re independent, responsible and able to manage deadlines.
You understand that beautiful content should also communicate something meaningful.
Bonus points if you love interiors, architecture, lifestyle content or photography!
No Experience? No Problem.
Experience is a bonus, not a must.
We’re open to students, fresh graduates, self-taught creatives and experienced freelancers.
You don’t need years of professional experience or an impressive job title.
What matters more is your creative eye, initiative, willingness to learn and ability to bring ideas to life.
Personal projects, school assignments and passion projects are welcome.

The Details
Arrangement: Freelance / Flexible / Ongoing Collaboration
Location: Singapore — remote-friendly, with occasional discussions or on-site collaboration when required.
Scope, fees, deadlines and revision rounds will be agreed upon before work begins.
Any on-site photography or videography services should be quoted separately.
We’ll begin with a small paid trial project to explore our creative compatibility and working styles.
