Job Description

About Ardant

Ardant is a fast-growing D2C jewelry brand selling to customers in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. We design jewelry made for real life: comfortable, secure, and easy to wear every day.

The Role

Ardant is now entering a new brand phase. Our marketing is becoming more premium, more story-driven, and more trust-building. At the same time, we are an e-commerce brand, so everything we put out must also move customers.

  • We are looking for a Marketing Manager to serve as the right hand to the Head of Marketing, helping to execute across every channel.
  • This role splits across two workstreams: keeping BAU marketing running and performing, and executing campaigns end-to-end when they go live.
  • This role suits a marketer who loves writing, thinks in campaigns, and understands that great copy has to perform.

Main Responsibilities

BAU:

  • Manage the email marketing calendar: briefs, copy, and coordination with designers
  • Own and maintain website copy across key pages, keeping it current and on-brand
  • Support BAU landing page copy and ad copy briefing
  • Maintain brand voice and tone consistently across every asset

Campaigns:

  • Translate the Head of Marketing’s campaign plan into assets across email, ads, landing pages, and campaign banners
  • Coordinate with designers and internal teams to meet campaign launch deadlines
  • Execute across product launches, seasonal promos, and brand campaigns end-to-end
  • Support campaign logistics, setup, and go-to-market execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years in a marketing or brand role at a D2C or e-commerce brand
  • Exceptional copywriter. Native English only.
  • Strong campaign thinker who can execute end-to-end across channels
  • Strong creative instincts. You can envision how a finished asset should look and write copy that serves it.
  • A strong eye for brand. You notice when something feels off visually and can articulate why.
  • Experience writing briefs for designers including copy and creative direction
  • Able to work independently from a clear brief without constant guidance
  • Open to feedback and fast revisions
  • Careful with details: brand voice, tone, and consistency across every asset
  • Adaptable enough to write both premium brand storytelling and direct sales-driven copy

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing for US, UK, Australian, or Canadian audiences
  • International experience: lived, studied, or worked in the US, UK, Australia, or Canada
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
  • Interest in jewellery, fashion, beauty, editorial, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with Meta ad creative and performance copywriting
  • Experience working with remote teams

Who this Role is For

This role suits a marketer who thinks in campaigns and wants to own work that reaches people at scale. You should love writing, have a strong eye for brand, and understand that great marketing has to perform.

Why Join Ardant

  • Own end-to-end marketing at a global brand with 200,000+ customers.
  • Learn from the best. Work with founders and senior leaders who’ve scaled brands from launch to eight figures and beyond.
  • Grow and advance quickly with a flat structure and performance-driven culture.
  • Enjoy flexible hours with a fully remote role.
  • Work at the intersection of brand and performance, where your output directly shapes how customers see Ardant.

Hiring Process

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short task. This task is for evaluation only. It will use a mock brand with a similar direction to Ardant, but it will not use Ardant products, assets, or live campaign material.

The task helps us assess:

  • Copywriting quality and tone
  • Campaign thinking
  • Brief-writing ability
  • Brand understanding and creative instincts
  • Attention to detail
  • Care and quality in the final output
  • Submitted work for screening will never be used commercially
