Job Description
We’re looking for a smart, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our fast-growing team at ARDANT – a bold, minimalist jewelry brand worn by ambitious women who want to feel confident and unstoppable.
You’ll be in charge of stitching together high-performing short-form videos using b-roll, UGC, and testimonials to create powerful Meta ads (Instagram/Facebook Reels & TikToks). Your work will have a direct impact and get tested, seen, and measured daily.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Stitch together raw UGC, b-roll, and testimonials into scroll-stopping short-form ads
- Follow existing winning ad frameworks, brand voice, and visual identity
- Add native-style captions, kinetic text, zooms, sound effects, transitions
- Select the strongest visual hooks and audio to maximize watch time and CTR
- Constantly test new variations using different clips, hooks, and formats
- Understand our product, audience, and the emotional triggers that drive action
YOU ARE
- Experienced in editing TikToks / Reels / Meta Ads (please show past work)
- Consume “white girl” content (US, AU, EU, UK, CA)
- Have edited for US, AU, CA, or UK audiences and understand pace and culture
- Fluent in pacing for short-form direct-response videos. Engagement is very, very key
- A good eye for aesthetics (clean, elevated, premium feel)
- Obsessed with details – captions aligned, footage sharp, flow feels native
- Open to feedback, fast turnaround, strong communication
- Not afraid to suggest new ideas and creative directions
