Ambi is a new brand established at the end of 2025, currently building its presence across online channels with plans to expand into physical retail. This role offers the opportunity to shape a brand early in its journey, with meaningful influence on how Ambi grows and presents itself. You will work with an experienced team in digital fashion and have the support and resources needed to drive thoughtful, well executed brand and campaign work.

Introduction
We’re looking for a Brand and Campaigns Manager to own how Ambi shows up across campaigns, content, and launches. This role translates Ambi’s brand vision into clear and compelling marketing moments, from product releases to seasonal activations, ensuring everything feels intentional and cohesive.
You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, product, creative, and performance, leading campaign planning, narrative development, and cross functional alignment. This is a hands on role for someone who can think strategically, execute with precision, and uphold a strong brand and creative standard.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and key partners across Creative, Product, and Merchandising, while serving as the day to day owner of Ambi’s brand expression and campaign execution.
What You’ll Do:Brand & Campaign Ownership
-Own Ambi’s campaign strategy and execution across the year
-Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of key launches and brand moments
-Shape and evolve Ambi’s brand storytelling, narrative frameworks, and tone of voice
-Translate brand direction into clear campaign ideas, messaging, and execution plans
-Ensure every campaign ladders up to long-term brand equity, not just short-term activity
Creative Direction & Collaboration
-Partner closely with Creative, Design, Photography, and Video teams to bring campaigns to life
-Provide clear, thoughtful direction and feedback on concepts, visuals, and messaging
-Ensure creative output is consistent, elevated, and aligned with Ambi’s aesthetic and values
-Act as a brand guardian — protecting coherence across assets, channels, and moments
Cross-Functional Campaign Ownership
-Work with Product and Merchandising to shape launch narratives and priorities
-Align with Performance and CRM teams, so campaigns translate effectively across paid, lifecycle, and on-site touchpoints
-Own campaign timelines, workflows, and coordination across teams
-Anticipate gaps, risks, or misalignment early and course-correct proactively
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
-Ensure Ambi’s brand language, visuals, and storytelling are consistent across web, social, email, and paid media
-Review and refine campaign assets and messaging before launch
-Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as Ambi grows
-Uphold a high bar for taste, clarity, and execution at all touchpoints
Who You Are
-3–5 years experience in brand, marketing, or campaign roles
-Experience working on digital-first or consumer brands (fashion, beauty, lifestyle preferred)
-Strong taste, aesthetic sensitivity, and attention to detail
-Comfortable partnering closely with creative teams and giving clear, constructive feedback
-Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Curious about product, rituals, and how storytelling shapes brand perception
-Comfortable owning timelines, campaigns, and cross-functional coordination
-An interest in piercings, design, or culture-led brands is a plus
