Job Description

This role, which is dedicated to technology education and creative thinking, focuses on the creation and development of the Scratch Creative Design Exploration program. It entails creating instructional exercises that expose kids to visual programming using Scratch while simultaneously encouraging creativity scratch games, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Curriculum creation, lesson design, practical projects, and age-appropriate interactive activities are among the responsibilities. The candidate will teach students how to use Scratch blocks to build tales, animations, games, and innovative, useful goods. Furthermore, the candidate will investigate and update teaching approaches to improve the learning experience and inspire students to actively pursue their own ideas.

Beyond content production, the candidate will work with the design team, teachers, and education specialists to assess program quality, improve learning materials, and optimize practical activities. You will also be involved in content testing, receiving feedback from students, and offering ways to improve the program’s effectiveness, engagement, and relevance to STEM education trends.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of Scratch, design thinking, the capacity to develop educational content, and good communication skills. Experience teaching, curriculum building, educational game design, or organizing STEM events is advantageous.
