About Brixx Derma
Brixx Derma is a beauty-tech and skincare brand specialising in clinically-inspired devices and professional-grade skincare. Our product range includes at-home beauty devices and the BioStem and Collagen skincare lines, designed for the premium consumer market.
We’ve built strong momentum through TikTok Shop live commerce and are now expanding our owned channels — growing our customer database, website sales, and direct-to-consumer marketing beyond social commerce platforms.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketing manager to plan and run our marketing campaigns with a strong focus on growing our customer database and increasing overall sales. You won’t be doing the execution alone: you’ll be directing and coordinating our existing freelance media buyer, social media lead, and website developer, making sure everyone is working toward the same campaign goals.
This is a coordination and strategy-execution role, and a hands-on production role. You bring the plan, the brief, and the follow-through — our specialists bring the execution with your lead.
What You’ll Own
Customer Database & CRM
- Build and grow our email/SMS database through sign-up forms, pop-ups, and checkout opt-ins
- Set up and manage lifecycle email/SMS flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, VIP/repeat-purchase segments)
- Segment our customer base for targeted campaigns (e.g., mask buyers who haven’t tried devices, one-time buyers due for repeat purchase.
Seasonal Campaign Planning
- Plan and run a marketing campaign calendar across email, website, and retargeting — independent of our TikTok/Shopee livestream activity
- Define campaign goals, offers, audiences, and timelines
- Write clear campaign briefs for our freelance specialists to execute against
Team Coordination
- Brief our freelance media buyer on target audience, budget, and campaign goals for paid ads
- Brief our freelance website developer on landing pages and campaign page needs
- Sync with our social media lead so content and campaigns are aligned and mutually reinforcing
- Keep all three specialists working toward the same goals and timeline
Reporting
- Track and report on website conversion rate, email/database growth, revenue by channel, and repeat purchase rate
- Provide a simple weekly update on what shipped, what worked, and what’s next
What We’re Looking For
- Experience planning and briefing marketing campaigns — you don’t need to execute ads or build websites yourself, but you need to know enough to brief specialists clearly
- Clear, accountable communication, strong ownership of deadlines
- Comfortable working with freelancers/external specialists and keeping projects moving without daily oversight
- E-commerce or D2C brand experience preferred (skincare/beauty a plus, not required)
- Data-comfortable — able to read conversion and campaign performance numbers and adjust plans accordingly
- Self-directed — this role reports in 3 days/week, so strong ownership and follow-through between days is essential

- Commitment: 3 days/week (fixed days preferred, e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri)
