Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with a physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region.
We’re on the lookout for Full-Time Brand Leader! A Brand Leader translates, speaks, and understands the brand’s language. They play an essential role in our stores as experts on our products, delivering radical service to our community. A Brand Leader excels in time and people management, naturally bridging communities. They are empathetic listeners and inspiring leaders, dedicated to fostering a respectful and motivating work environment. In addition to their customer-facing role, they will master daily operations, including POS and inventory management.
Responsibilities include:
Front of House
- Work with Retail Managers and the team in managing day-to-day operations, including opening and/or closing of the stores.
- Ensure exceptional service and provide a seamless customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to optimise displays.
- Assist in tracking and recording performance for Brand Crew, supporting Retail Managers in their conversations for ongoing development and improvement.
- Work closely with appointed cleaners and vendors to maintain store cleanliness and condition.
- Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
- Cashiering duties to ensure accurate transactions on POS and credit card terminals.
Back of House
- Work closely with Retail Managers on general store administration tasks, such as ordering stationery and other necessary supplies, as well as ensuring policy compliance.
- Receive, process, tag new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stock take exercises to ensure store optimal inventory levels and accuracy.
- Upkeep back of house tidiness and accurate inventory count, ensuring items are stored at the correct location.
- Assist in packing, fulfilling and/or collection of self-collects for online orders.
In-Store Activations
- Collaborate closely with all other functional team leads particularly in Visual Merchandising, Customer Service, and Operations as required.
- Assist with all store-related matters such as store and product launch events and set-ups as required.
- Keep up to date with in-store promotions and assist with putting up store displays.
Perform any other duties to ensure the overall success of the business.

Requirements:
- 40 hours per week.
- 5-day work week including at least 1 weekend and/or PH.
- Flexibility of doing either opening or closing shifts.
- Prior retail experience is not required but preferred.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
