Job Description

The Communication Assistant (Internship) position has an emphasis on learning the culture of the company through assisting his/her seniors on the projects they are assigned in.

Work Place : Singapore Office

No WFH / Remote / Hybrid Arrangement

 

The Main Responsibilities Includes:

  • Brand Advocacy – Authentic, engaged and active on brand.
  • Positively representing C+C&Co on a multitude of platforms wherever possible.
  • Good command of English and able to converse in English.
  • Contributing in the ideation process/discussions
  • Assisting to manage day-to-day matters of the projects; Receiving, analysing and translating the project brief for the team, Populating assets/informations needed, Populating the questions/responses and to respond to any communication channels (group chat, email, etc.), Stay up-to-date on the project timelines (both internal and external) and updates, Scheduling of internal meetings and WIPs
  • Assisting in content ideation, management, and production of artworks or photography sessions
  • Creating mood and concept boards, sourcing of props for creative productions
  • Open-mindedness in learning new skills that contributes to the betterment of the team
  • Support the team with any ongoing internal projects

Job Requirements:

  • 0 year experience working in design agencies of various disciplines ranging from copywriting, brand development, and/or work area either marketing or managerial based.
  • Candidates with previous internships in aforementioned fields are preferred
  • Candidates with education background in Visual Communication Design, and Communication Science are preferred
  • Candidates who were actively involved in student organisations in university are preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing communications and design
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa/English
  • Great visual eye and focus on details
  • Have an affinity for visual storytelling, visual design, and graphics
  • Good knowledge in design softwares and understanding of design principles is a plus.
  • Able to develop simple and elegant ideation approaches to design problems
  • Strong work ethic, good team player

  • Gain experience working across all stages of the creative process in a multidisciplinary agency.
  • Enhance skills in content creation and management, including content ideation, community management and social media best practices.
  • Acquire practical knowledge in managing project timelines and internal communications.
  • Build familiarity with marketing communications principles and practices within a creative agency environment.
