Job Description

The Role

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be the creative force behind our in-store environments. You will translate the brand’s vision into immersive, three-dimensional experiences, ensuring every visual element — from garment placement to floral styling — is cohesive, on-brand, and engaging. Your work plays a key role in creating memorable experiences for both new visitors and loyal customers across our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to understand and execute seasonal design, merchandising, and brand storytelling directions across all stores.
  • Oversee and implement visual merchandising strategies across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring brand consistency and local market relevance.
  • Lead end-to-end visual planning and in-store rollouts for capsule collection launches across both markets.
  • Conceptualise and execute impactful window displays that reflect brand narratives and drive store traffic across varied retail locations.
  • Manage all in-store merchandising, including floor sets and mannequin styling, to optimise customer flow and commercial performance.
  • Elevate store environments through the creative use of floral arrangements and curated props across all locations.
  • Maintain high visual standards through regular refreshes and careful upkeep of merchandise and VM assets.
  • Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Retail teams to align visual execution with product stories and regional business goals.
  • Train and guide store teams to uphold visual standards and execute core merchandising guidelines.
Source props and materials creatively while managing the regional visual merchandising budget responsibly.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of visual merchandising experience in premium womenswear or a luxury retail environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in window displays, in-store merchandising, and styling.
  • A keen eye for composition, colour theory, and spatial design.
  • Skilled in creating elegant floral arrangements as part of visual storytelling.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple launches and store setups simultaneously.
  • A proactive self-starter with strong communication skills who can guide and inspire store teams.
  • Willing to travel between Singapore and Johor/Kuala Lumpur stores.
  • Passionate about creating immersive brand experiences with a deep appreciation for the MONOLOQ aesthetic.

A Final Note

Maybe you’ve got every skill on the list. Maybe just a few. That’s okay. What matters most is your spark — your creative energy, love for fashion and retail, and drive to create something that stops people in their tracks. If you live for details, obsess over fit, and dream in moodboards, we’d love to hear from you.
