Job Description

• -Conduct and/or assist in classroom-based training sessions on various IT-related topics (e.g. Design Thinking with Tech Integration, Basic Coding, Digital Literacy, Cyber Wellness).
• -Deliver training in an engaging and values-driven manner, incorporating gamification, real-world applications, and collaborative tech tools.
• -Ensure sessions are interactive and promote both technical and character development through experiential learning.
• -Undertake any other duties as assigned related to tech education or digital enablement.

Job Requirements

• -Outgoing, proactive, and adaptable with a positive mindset and strong communication skills.
• -Passionate about youth development and character-building through digital and soft skill integration.
• -Good conceptual thinking and able to explain IT concepts in a simple, relatable way to non-tech audiences.
• -Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tech tools/platforms simultaneously.
• -Proficient in written and spoken English.
• -Basic to intermediate knowledge of tech tools/platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, Canva, Scratch, Python basics, coding games, etc.) is an advantage.
• -Experience in facilitation, education, youth work, CCAs, or volunteer work in community/social settings is preferred.
• -Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
