Job Description

We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy and culturally curious Creative & Content Specialist to join our Creative & Content Division.

Sitting at the intersection of creative strategy, content creation, social media and influencer marketing, this role is about developing fresh ideas and bringing compelling brand stories to life across digital platforms and experiences.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on creator — someone who understands digital culture, spots emerging trends, develops engaging content concepts and translates them into impactful creative executions that resonate with audiences and deliver results for brands.

Working across a diverse portfolio of luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, you will collaborate closely with our integrated communications teams to develop content strategies, produce engaging social-first content, manage digital campaigns and drive meaningful creator collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Strategy & Content Development

  • Develop creative content and social media strategies aligned with brand positioning, campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Conceptualise engaging content ideas, storytelling formats and digital campaigns tailored to different social and digital platforms.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling content pillars, editorial calendars, creative concepts, scripts and storyboards.
  • Contribute fresh perspectives, cultural insights and innovative ideas to integrated marketing strategies, campaign proposals and pitches, including audience identification, consumer journeys and campaign messaging.
  • Conduct audience, competitor and trend research to identify relevant content opportunities and inform creative direction.

2. Content Creation & Production

  • Conceptualise, plan, shoot and edit engaging social-first content for the agency and its clients, from creative ideation and scripting to final delivery.
  • Develop compelling visual narratives, captions and copy that balance brand aesthetics, storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, content creators and external production partners to coordinate and execute content shoots and creative campaigns where required.
  • Ensure content meets creative quality standards, brand guidelines and platform requirements.

3. Digital & Social Media Management

  • Develop, plan and execute social media campaigns and digital initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, audience growth and other campaign objectives.
  • Manage the agency’s and clients’ social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, community engagement and monitoring.
  • Adapt content and messaging across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
  • Support paid social media initiatives, including content adaptation, campaign coordination, audience acquisition and performance optimization.
  • Conduct social listening and monitor audience behaviour to identify insights, emerging trends and opportunities for brand engagement.

4. Influencer & Creator Marketing

  • Plan and execute influencer and creator-led campaigns, from talent identification and outreach to content collaboration and performance evaluation.
  • Identify suitable influencers, creators and cultural voices who align with clients’ brand positioning, target audiences and campaign objectives.
  • Manage creator communications and engagements, including outreach, negotiations, briefing, content submissions, approvals and campaign deliverables.
  • Develop creative briefs and collaborate with creators to produce authentic, engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Coordinate influencer activities, including product seeding, gifting, personality dressing, event invitations and hosting.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, creators and relevant digital communities to support ongoing brand engagement.

5. Digital Experiences & Innovation

  • Collaborate with the wider team to conceptualise creative digital narratives and experiences that enhance brand engagement and audience connection.
  • Explore opportunities in interactive content, immersive brand experiences, website content and optimisation, digital storytelling and emerging media formats.
  • Stay informed of new platforms, technologies, creative tools and evolving digital consumption behaviours, including AI-enabled creative workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate new media innovations into content strategies, campaigns and brand experiences.

6. Analytics, Insights & Optimisation

  • Monitor and analyse social media, influencer and content performance against campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track relevant metrics, including reach, engagement, views, audience growth and content effectiveness.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and translate data, audience insights and social listening into actionable recommendations.

7. Other Marketing & Project Support

  • Contribute creative ideas and strategic input to broader agency initiatives, integrated campaign proposals and client presentations.
  • Support other agency marketing initiatives, including public relations activities, media and brand events, talent and celebrity engagements, guest hospitality, presentations and collection walkthroughs where required.
  • Provide operational and project support, including organising and managing brand assets, coordinating product samples and seeding, maintaining influencer and creator databases, and assisting with other campaign logistics as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and New Media, Mass Communications, Design for Communications and Experiences, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in creative content development, social media, digital marketing or influencer marketing, with demonstrated hands-on content production capabilities.
