Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a Partnerships & Brand Activation Executive to grow Eden + Elie’s brand and revenue through two equally important streams of work: strategic partnerships and in-person brand activations. The role reports directly to the Brand Owner.

This is a relationship-driven and execution-focused role:

  • Brand partnerships (50%) — identify, pitch, negotiate, and manage collaborations with hotels, lifestyle brands, corporate gifting clients, cultural institutions, luxury tour operators, and stockist partners that create recurring revenue and brand visibility.
  • Events & activations (50%) — conceptualise, plan, and execute 2–3 in-store brand activations per quarter, owning every stage from brief and budget through to on-the-day delivery and post-event reporting.

How To Apply:  We are a social enterprise and are transparent about that context. What we offer alongside salary is meaningful: real ownership of your work, direct access to the founder, and the chance to build something that matters. If this resonates, send your CV and a cover letter (no more than two pages) to careers@edenandelie.com. In the cover letter, tell us about a partnership or activation you led, what you negotiated, what went wrong, and what you learned. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Partnership Development & Negotiation

  • Identify, approach, and secure collaborations with like-minded partners — such as beading workshops for hotel guests, co-branded gifting programmes with lifestyle brands, inclusion on a Duxton walking tour, and more.
  • Drive partner outreach and negotiations from initial engagement through commercial terms and final sign-off between Brand Owner and the Partner, ensuring professionalism, brand alignment, and commercial acumen.
  • Maintain an organised partnership pipeline, tracking opportunities, commercial terms, and next steps.
  • Develop long-term partner relationships that create recurring opportunities and revenue.
  • Manage post-activation reviews and reports to ensure that key revenue and partnership objectives are met.

(2) Events & Brand Activations

  • Conceptualise and execute in-store activations tied to seasonal occasions (Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day) and new product launches – with the aim to execute 2 to 3 events per quarter. The events will typically be held on weekends or weekdays after business hours.
  • Own the activation calendar, event brief, logistics, budget, vendor coordination, timeline, reporting, and delivery of the event.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and E-Commerce Manager to ensure that activations are reflected in social, digital, and email touchpoints before and after the event.

(3) Stockist Relationship Management

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with all stockist partners — serving as their primary point of contact for commercial updates, order queries, and new season briefings.
  • Monitor stockist performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve visibility and sell-through at each location.
  • Proactively visit the stockists, if required, to ensure that all branding and merchandise are properly applied.
  • Work with the Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to ensure stockists receive accurate and timely marketing materials, campaign assets, and product information.
  • Develop and grow the stockist network by identifying new retail partners that are brand-aligned and commercially viable.
  • Track and report on stockist revenue contribution as part of the broader partnership performance overview.

(4) Reporting & Commercial Accountability

  • Provide a concise weekly update to the Brand Owner covering partnership opportunities, activation progress, key wins, risks, next steps, and approvals.
  • Identify issues early and propose solutions. Exercise sound judgement on what can be resolved independently and what requires escalation.
  • Create a simple system to track event attendee sources for better resource allocation.
  • Track and report on the commercial performance of partnerships and activations, including: Revenue generated through partnerships and events; Activation ROI against agreed objectives; Number and value of partnerships secured and activated

What We Are Looking For:

  • You currently possess legal authorisation to work in Singapore.
  • You have 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, brand marketing, events, business development, or a related role. Experience in lifestyle, retail, hospitality, luxury, or mission-driven brands is a plus.
  • You are comfortable initiating conversations with prospective partners and taking opportunities from first outreach through negotiation, execution, and reporting.
  • You have strong project management skills and can manage multiple activations, partnerships, and timelines simultaneously.
  • You are highly organised and detail-oriented. Whether coordinating an event, managing a budget, or overseeing partner deliverables, you keep projects moving and spot issues before they become problems.
  • You think commercially and understand how partnerships and activations contribute to customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • You enjoy working in a small team where ownership is broad, priorities evolve, and initiative is valued.
  • You are willing to work occasional weekends and after-hours for in-store activations, promotional events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, and are comfortable representing the brand with partners, stakeholders, and members of the local community.
  • Most importantly, you connect with Eden + Elie’s mission and can communicate it authentically to partners and collaborators.
